A look back to At Hydroline, was a year of new beginnings, successful projects and victories as well as search for growth, but at the same time it gave us some real challenges, opportunities to test our resources and to find some new ways of improving our operations. We started with such a rumble, however, at not always things go as expected. We have started this new decade with motivation and courage, looking into the future with clear minds. Fully automated production line - the future of hydraulic cylinder manufacturing The market prospects showed extremely positive forecasts and Hydroline needed to make big steps towards international growth.
The project for the automated line really kicked off in the beginning of when the careful design, calculations and simulations were implemented, soon after that we ordered the key machines — robot systems etc. LEO: The predictive maintenance solution for hydraulic cylinders That is why Hydroline developed LEO.
The data is collected from the cylinder with a LEO hardware Scout that is attached to the cylinder. One hardware can be attached up to 10 different cylinders or it can also be fitted to a fleet of machines with multiple cylinders. Cylinders need to have sensors — the minimum requirement is a pressure sensor that measures the pressure inside the cylinder.
We design hydraulic cylinders to fit the needs of various different segments. Choose yours below.
